There should be a Parodos workflow(s) that can be ran from Parodos to do the follow:

• Create a new user and assign them to a project
• Remove a user from a project
• Add an existing user to a new project

Use the assessment task to determine which workflow to run. ie: Perhaps get a UUID to start the assessment (or click a check box that says I don't have one). Based on this information we can determine if the user already exists and what we should do
