Key Problems to Solve:

1. FLPATH-3146: Helm repo unavailable due to missing index.yaml and GitHub Pages setup
2. FLPATH-3145: Helm chart uses 'lookup' command which breaks oc-mirror for disconnected customers
3. Image Management: Replace latest tags with specific versions
4. Automation: Create GitHub workflows for custom image building and publishing

Objectives:

• Enable oc-mirror support for disconnected customers
• Establish proper Helm repository with GitHub Pages
• Remove helm 'lookup' dependencies that break disconnected deployments
