Objective

Manually test the Cost Management / ROS on-premise deployment in a disconnected (air-gapped) OpenShift environment and document the process.

Tasks

1. Set up a disconnected OpenShift cluster environment
2. Mirror all required container images to local registry
3. Deploy cost-onprem Helm chart without external network access
4. Verify data ingestion flow works correctly
5. Test ROS recommendations generation
6. Document all steps, configuration changes, and requirements
7. Identify any issues or gaps in disconnected support
