Red Hat Insights is being rebranded to Red Hat Lightspeed (see [FAQ|https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_5reX1hu7tJ7JE8c7GmDIZ-s2rQ6qdE8F4rbL-Ulnfg/edit?usp=sharing).]

We have been asked to rebrand in the first half of October, not before Oct 1, not after Oct 15. November 4th

We should change any occurrences of Red Hat Insights to Red Hat Lightspeed, and we should also change the icons. The new icon is the Red Hat Lightspeed icon available from the brand portal:

Just to clarify:

1. The current Lightspeed RHDH plugin will be renamed to Developer Lightspeed
2. Our plugin will be independent from the Developer Lightspeed one. Our plugin will be called Red Hat Lightspeed and will have 2 entries: Optimizations (the current page) and OpenShift (the future cost information). - Please refer to Stefan comment below which specify latest changes around navigation

Acceptance Criteria

The redhat-resource-optimization plugin should be renamed to cost-management and follow the navigation and icon mentioned in this card. After rename new dynamic plugin should be available on quat.io and Everything should work as before after rename.

Queries to resolve

1. Do we need to do navigation changes as a part of this card? as currently our plugin name is `Optimizations` and update the icon as well? What I understand from [FAQ|https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_5reX1hu7tJ7JE8c7GmDIZ-s2rQ6qdE8F4rbL-Ulnfg/edit?usp=sharing] doc is the Red Hat Lightspeed change is to align other lightspeed changes which are around use of AI so do we need to follow the same even if we don't make use of AI in our plugin ATM? Is it necessary to rename our app from Cost management/Optimizations to Lightspeed? if yes then what will happen if any other lightspeed(insights) app would like to create plugin for RHDH? - Need to update navigation as per screenshot attached to this card.
2. Do we still need to change the icon for the RHDH plugin by Oct 15 due to the Insights rebrand to Lighspeed - Icon rebrand slack thread  - developer lightspeed icon seems different from our icon  - Need to update icon, it is known that both lightspeed and our plugin will use same icon ATM
3. Final mockup for nav changes for current plugin - attached to jira
4. No mention of `Insights` in our README , we talk about `Red Hat Hybrid Cloud Console` do we need to change that as well? No change here
5. Update the mention of `Insights` in Optimzer app documentation - https://github.com/rhdhorchestrator/optimizer/tree/main - Piotr created seperate tracker for this
6. Need to check if we want to rename the plugin as well under RHDH repo https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-plugins/tree/main/workspaces/redhat-resource-optimization - yes need to rename this to cost-management to keep everything in sync
7. Once we make the final changes who will verify from UX/PM/ to make sure we have followed the guidelines properly and how we need to communicate the same to Red Hat Lightspeed (Insights) team? - Stefan or Pau to verfiy no need to communicate to anyone else ATM.
