Currently Insight on-prem repos are performing PR/merge gate testing using Kind to run lightweight tests that github runners support. However supporting both Kind and Openshift is adding significant overhead for development, so the goal is to switch to using Openshift for testing. Openshift for testing is not directly available using github runners because of the necessary resources, so they are looking for QE to help implement an alternative solution for openshift.

openshift-ci seems like the best option.
