Description of the problem:
I am encountering an authorization failure when attempting to utilize the resource optimization plugin (version 1.2.1) within RHDH 1.7.1. The functionality had previously operated correctly on this cluster. Despite having completely disabled RBAC, the issue persists for both guest and OIDC users. The same outcome is observed when RBAC is enabled, even with appropriate permissions.
