Enhance E2E test environment for ROS to support OAuth

      • Extend the test-k8s-dataflow.sh to inject the keycloak token JWT into the REST calls to the new ingress.
      • Update the new ingress code to add support for the keycloak token and also inject the token to the kafka message.
      • Ensure the test-ocp-dataflow.sh script works with this new approach (using a token from Keycloak to authenticate the request in the new ingress service).
