This should verify the following flows:

• Upgrading with RHDH Helm Chart (Reusing Original PostgreSQL Instance) -- verified by Yona.
• Upgrading with RHDH Helm Chart (Creating a new PostgreSQL instance for RHDH) – this is equivalent to a regular RHDH chart install + pointing the orchestrator plugins to a different route + adding a network policy. Elai tested it but it wasn't verified by QE.
• Upgrading with RHDH Operator – Elai hasn't tested this. Gennady said this is possible and Elai thinks he played around with it. Basically the same as the one above - don't install any new sonataflow stuff, just reuse plugins and add Network policy
