Workflows can be invoked by one of two methods:

• HTTP request
• Cloud Event

The orchestrator backend plugin supports only invoking workflows via their HTTP request.

Some customers, prefers using cloud events, backed by kafka messaging system.

Deploying workflow with such configuration will be shown in the Orchestrator frontend plugin but cannot be invoked due to its requirement to start by a cloud event.

The epic should provide a support for invoking workflows by cloud-events, and define the relations of the input schema to the sent payload.

Also, there needs to be a notation that indicates the flavor of the workflow for debugging purposes. This should remain visible only at the admin level.
