Description of the problem:
When navigating for the first time to ** the orchestrator page, the currently selected tab (either Workflows/All runs or Workflow Details/Workflow Runs) is whited out:

This appears to be a caching issue as a hard reload fixes the problem.
How reproducible: 100%

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy RHDH opeprator 1.7 with the following orchestrator plugin package versions:

• red-hat-developer-hub-backstage-plugin-orchestrator:pr_1367__5.0.3!red-hat-developer-hub-backstage-plugin-orchestrator
• red-hat-developer-hub-backstage-plugin-orchestrator-backend:pr_1367__8.0.2!red-hat-developer-hub-backstage-plugin-orchestrator-backend
• red-hat-developer-hub-backstage-plugin-orchestrator-form-widgets:pr_1367__1.0.2!red-hat-developer-hub-backstage-plugin-orchestrator-form-widgets
• red-hat-developer-hub-backstage-plugin-scaffolder-backend-module-orchestrator:pr_1367__1.0.2!red-hat-developer-hub-backstage-plugin-scaffolder-backend-module-orchestrator

2. Navigate to orchestrator tab in the side bar

Actual results: The workflow tab that is currently selected is whited out:

Expected results: Selected tab should be visible.
