Description of the problem:

The workflow definition pane in RHDH 1.7 + Orchestrator is blank. This is happening on the two test workflows (greeting / user-onboarding), with + without RBAC enabled, and with the guest user and keycloak auth users - all had the same result. 

How reproducible:

100% in different environments.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy RHDH 1.7 + orchestrator per regular steps

2. Install greeting / user-onboarding workflows

3. Select workflow detalis

Actual results:

Workflow definition pane is blank

Workflow definition pane has content
