Currently we are deploying via the old ipi job. A better option is Asher's clone cluster job as it is significantly faster to deploy. 

Even with the project closing out soon we will still be needing a cluster in a smaller capacity for some time, and this should be fairly trivial to test and (hopefully) implement.
