Template 1 – Run Workflow for Entity

• Inputs: EntityPicker (optional), Workflow inputs (required)

• If entity selected → associate run with it

• If not → associate run with template entity

Template 2 – Run Workflow and Create GitHub Location

• Inputs: GitHub location (required), Workflow inputs (required)

• Create repo → run workflow → associate run with created entity

For both templates:

• Runs should be visible in the entity’s Workflows tab
