Replace Red Hat Host Inventory service with on-premise host management system.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] Create local host inventory database schema

• [ ] Implement host registration and discovery APIs

• [ ] Create host lifecycle management (add/update/delete)

• [ ] Implement host grouping and tagging functionality

• [ ] Create migration scripts for existing host data

• [ ] Update all host inventory API calls in ros-backend

Technical Details:

• Replace calls to external host-inventory service

• Create local database tables for host management

• Implement host data ingestion from system monitoring tools
