Description of the problem:
Forked and joint helm charts are using 1.35. This causes workflow runs to fail with the the DI service crashing due to the version mismatch.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy RHDH via joint helm chart
2. Manually install greeting workflow per docs with a patch for psql creds. helm_install_greeting_rhdh.sh attached
3. Greeting WF looks healthy from the OCP console, appears in the RHDH Orch UI, but we get Connection refused: sonataflow-platform-data-index-service.rhdh/172.30.191.137:80 in the greeting pod logs when running the workflow and a 504 in the UI and DI crashes on workflow runs. Full greeting pod log attached.

Actual results:
Workflow renders a 504 error and logs show 500s reaching out to the DI service

Expected results:
Workflow succeeds and no errors are logged.
