At the moment the Orchestrator plugins included in RHDH CI helm and operator dynamic plugins cm are older released versions (e.g., RHDH helm/operator 1.7 reference production 1.6 orchestrator plugins). This is due to limitations now that Orchestrator is being migrated to RHDH ownership.

The goal here is to either work with the devs to somehow include the desired Orchestrator plugins in the Operator/Helm builds, or it can be done at deployment time in RHDH CI (More likely method).

There is also the question of which Orchestrator plugins to use (for 1.7 we have ghcr tarballs for RC builds and then per PR OCI builds). The plugin source should be matched up with the CI profile (nightly vs RC) depending how RHDH CI is setup.
