Description of the problem:
The "Send certificates via" dropdown is a different color than other dropdown menus in the dynamic course select workflow:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy dynamic course select workflow with rc8

2. Click on "Send certificates" dropdown

Expected results: Dropdown should match all others
