Description of the problem:
The drink selections in the dynamic course select workflow should be centered in the box. Instead they are aligned to the top.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy orchestrator operator 1.6.0 rc3 with rc9 plugins

2. Deploy dynamic course select workflow 

3. Select drinks
