Description of the problem:
Selections are not highlighted for the user to see what he is selecting in all the dropdown menus in the dynamic select workflow:
 

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy orchestrator 1.6-rc3 with rc9 plugins

2. Deploy dynamic workflow select workflow

3. Click on dropdown menus.

Actual results: See above

Expected results: Dropdown menus should be identical in terms of spacing, padding, highlighting the user's selection, etc.
