Padding in the dropdowns in the dynamic course select workflow are wither aligned to the left margin or have padding.

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy orchestrator operator 1.6.0 rc3 with rc9 plugins

2. Deploy dynamic course select workflow
