Description of the problem:

While attempting to install and run the optimizer app using its readme.md, I ran into some issues that should be fixed/clarified (either in the readme orcomments in example yamls). 

• "filter based on cluster names, terms etc"   <-- etc implies more filter - what else can be filtered?
• What exactly does "term" mean and what options are available?
• clientSecret and clientID should have some brief definition (e.g, Service account with Cost OpenShift Viewer role for viewing the optimization data in the RHDH Resource Optimization plugin)
• How is workflowURL determined?
