Description of the problem:
In the workflow details screen for a workflow, above the workflow name there is a path of "orchestrator / <Workflow name >". The "orchestrator" ought to be capitalized, as the workflow names are.

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy orchestrator 1.6.0-rc4 with rc9 plugins

2. Deploy workflow, click on Orchestrator tab, then on name of the workflow.

Expected results: Capitalization should be consistent.
