Description of the problem: In 1.6, the "Error" status was changed to be "failed" status. However, "Failed" status is not searchable in the search bar, nor does it appear in the status filter dropdown in the "All runs" tab. The previous "Error" status is still there instead.
The  same applies to the Active vs Running status.

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy orchestrator 1.6.0-rc4 with rc9 plugins

2. Deploy some workflows with Failed states

3. Try to search for "failed" in the search bar in the "Workflow" tab, or filter for "Failed" status in the "All runs" tab

Actual results:

Expected results: "Error" status should be replaced with "Failed". Only "Failed" workflows should be searchable.
The same applies to "Active" and "Running" status
