Description of the problem:

When trying to execute the Dynamic Course Selection workflow, the following erros appear in the UI:

The proxy was configured properly and all the workflow pods were deployed correctly  

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy orchestrator using operator 1.6-rc3, using the rc7 plugin versions

2. Install the form widget demo workflow

3. Try to execute the workflow
