After multiple changes around handling error states, the indication of example workflow failing is not handled properly in the backstage-orchestrator-workflows.

We need to review all example workflows and fix them so they can be used for demonstration purposes again.

One of the observed issues: The Wait or Error workflow does not indicate an error state when it requested. It passes all the time.
