Description of the problem: After running MTA 1.4.0-rc5 with Export To Issue Manager set to true, but not configuring any Jira credentials, the workflow fails with Error as expected. However, after configuring the Jira credentials in the MTA UI and trying to retrigger the workflow from the failure point, it continues to fail and workflow does not complete.

Steps to reproduce:

Actual results:  The workflow instance in the UI remains in Error state and retrigger functionality continues to fail with "Run failed again" message. The task pod in the openshift-mta namespace is in completed state, not in error.

Expected results: Workflow should complete as usual.
