As part of merging Orchestrator to RHDH, we need to split our helm chart into two. A new helm chart, Orchestrator Infra chart for installing Orchestrator's major dependencies (sonataflow, knative and optionally argocd, tekton etc).
This core functionalities of the orchestrator chart will be merged as part of RHDH's helm chart, values merged etc.
Orchestrator installation will be a conditional flow of the RHDH chart.
