Description of the problem:
Some containers in the Optimizable containers table do not have a current configuration. I do not have access to the clusters with these containers, but after clicking around on some other containers it is possible that these containers aren't running. If that is the case should we add a column for container status? 

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy RO plugin on RHDH and configure

2. Click on a few containers in the Optimizable containers table and observe some do not have a current configuration. 

Actual results: some containers do not have a current configuration

Expected results: Provide some type of details about why container doesn't have a current config.
