Description of the problem:

Cost optimizations table and Performance optimizations table are the same. 

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy RO plugin on RHDH and configure

2. Click on one of the containers in the optimizations table

3. Click Cost optimization tab then click Performance Optimization tab and observe that the to tabs display the same data

Actual results: Cost optimizations table and performance optimizations table are the same

Expected results: Tables are different or only 1 table exist
