Description of the problem:
When mta is run with an error (incorrect URL or no trackers configured when exportToIssueManager is set to true), two statuses appear in the Results pane: Run has Completed, and Run has failed:

This is confusing for the user.

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy orchestrator v1.4.0-rc9 with MTA helm chart mta-v7-1.4.0-rc3

2. Deploy MTA7 with bad input, and observe Results pane

Actual results: Workflow is in Error state, and two results, one in green - Run Completed, indicating success and one in red indicating error - Run has failed. Error message in both results is the same.

Expected results: Only Run has failed result should appear
