Description of the problem:

The permissions.md doc states that orchestrator.workflow.[{{{}workflowId{}}}] and orchestrator.workflow.use.[{{{}workflowId{}}}] should be used for fine grained auth (to run individual workflows). It does not state where to find the workflowID for workflows.
