Description:
Provide a detailed document that outlines the steps required for installing and configuring the orchestrator plugins in the RHDH. This document should also include guidance for setting up the supporting infrastructure, which consists of the OpenShift Serverless Operator and OpenShift Serverless Logic Operator (OSL).

The document should cater specifically to administrators who wish to maintain the infrastructure themselves. It must cover the following aspects:
