Description of the problem:

The original bug FLPATH-1791 was resolved by adding plugin backstage-plugin-scaffolder-backend-module-github-dynamic to the helm chart. This covers the Orchestrator deploys RHDH flow, but it should also be documented as required dynamic plugin in the deploy orch on pre-existing rhdh steps
