Description of the problem: 
Following the addition of FLPATH-1754, the existing instructions for installing orchestrator with existing RHDH should be updated to add the networkPolicy.rhdhNamespace parameter in case the user is deploying rhdh in a non-default namespace.

Actual results: parameter is missing from the instructions for 1.2 and 1.3.
