Description of the problem:
We previously had a link in the Details pane of a infrastructure workflow to its parent assessment workflow (i.e., if MTA recommended move2kube, and you created a new m2k instance from the mta workflow, there was a link in the Details pane of the m2k instance that took you back to the original MTA instance). This link is now missing. 

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Deploy orchestrator 1.3 using operator v1.3.0-rc6

2. Deploy assessment workflow that recommends an infrastructure workflow. 

3. Click on the link to the new workflow and execute it. 

Actual results: No link to the parent workflow in the child.

Expected results: There should be a link to parent in Details pane. This field was called "Assessed By".
