Implement an entitypicker, enabling workflows to specify in the schema a UI property like
"ui:widget": "entityPicker" that will load the widget and populate it with the list of entities according to an additional property that would specify the entity type, backstage namespace, etc
It should work and share as much code as possible with the backstage entitypicker used for create from template
