Description of the problem: In the new version of the software template that allows opening a new Quay repository, the following warning appears in the UI:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy orchestrator 1.3 using the new versions of the software template

2. Click on create, choose basic template, fill in the fields, and click on create a new quay repository.

Expected results: A secure version should be used.
