Description of the problem: 
In the Workflows instances tab, the filter by Status dropdown button appears to be broken:
When All is selected:

When Error (or any other option) is selected:

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy orchestrator using the following plugin versions here: https://github.com/parodos-dev/orchestrator-plugins-internal-release/releases/tag/1.3.0-rc.1

2. Execute some workflows with different status

3. Select one of the statuses that has workflows with that status, for example error from the status select box

Actual results: No Workflows appear when using a status other than "All"

Expected results: The workflows with status error should appear.
