To serve the custom UI extension, the user will have to provide its own custom plugin to be added to the dynamic-plugins configmap.

For that purpose, the Orchestrator CRD needs to be extended to support it.

This plugin is optional, but if specified, needs to be added to the dynamic-plugins configmap.
