Description of the problem:
The current name of the MTA workflow that we are using is MTA v7.x Analysis. We should drop the "v7.x" from the name as it looks odd.

This name also should be changed in the Helm chart name- which is now mta-v7 - and in all associated resources (secrets, pod names, configmaps, etc.)as well as the workflow ID screen - which now has "mta-analysis-v7". We should have just MTA consistently,  as we are not using mta v6 anymore.

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy MTA v7 with chart mta-v7-1.3.0-rc3.

Expected results: We should have consistent naming.
