In order to have the software templates consumable as part of RHDH demo platform, they should  support gitlab as the git repository system.

Once of the items is to replace the github action with its gitlab equivalent for

The goal for this task is to import the template into the catalog, and upon invocation allow it to complete using gitlab as the target repository system to host the new workflow repository, and make sure that the tekton pipeline completes its run and deploy the workflow on the cluster, making it appear in the Orchestrator plugin workflows list.
