Description of the problem:

The installation on OpenShift section of the doc site should contain two clearly defined methods:

1. The current documented method - Install Orchestrator and Orchestrator installs RHDH
2. Install Orchestrator on pre-existing RHDH (doc exists for this process but should be moved to main doc site install section)

There also needs to be clarification that with method 1 - the RHDH configuration is managed via the Orchestrator resource, and that with method 2 the RHDH configuration is managed via configmaps / backstage resources (not orchestrator resource)
