As a user I would like my documentation to refer to supported MTA version

This story was split from documentation bug with following sections requiring updates:

This page points to MTA but we decided that MTA 7 would be the supported version.

Deploy From Kustomize- Links to MTA, should we link to MTA 7 as well?

Output and Dependencies sections refer to MTA 6. We should be referring to MTA 7 as the supported version.
Shouldn't we link here to the Helm chart for i[nstallation information|https://github.com/parodos-dev/serverless-workflows-config/blob/main/charts/mta-v7.x/INSTALL.md]?
