Currently, in https://github.com/parodos-dev/serverless-workflows, the hierarchy is flat: workflows and non-workflow folders are mixed and it is sometime hard to navigate

We should create a new subfolder "workflows" which shall host all workflows.

This will impact the CI, the Makefile, etc...

Also need to verify the workflows-config gh-pages and website aren't affected by that change, since we use to refer to workflows' docs that is stored in https://github.com/parodos-dev/serverless-workflows
