For debug purposes, it is simpler to add a property to the workflows with its default value and only change it to DEBUG when needed, rather than looking for the specific property.

Therefore, we'd like to include in all of the workflows and also in the workflows created by the software template the following property, and a message about the possible values to be set:

quarkus.log.category."org.apache.http".level=INFO
quarkus.log.level=INFO
