While the move2kube workflow is built by konflux we still need to build and release m2k-func.

Here's what is needed to introduce a new component to konflux:
1. Add a new component under our konflux workspace - https://console.redhat.com/application-pipeline/workspaces/orchestrator-releng/import?application=serverless-workflows
I added one already for m2k-func
2. After creating the component konflux sends a PR to the git repo of the component with the tekton pipeline definitions.
3. merge the tekton definitions and follow the pipeline to see it is built
4. create ReleasePlanAdmision yamls in our tenants-config folder in gitlab
