      Description of the problem:

      This bug will be used to track 3 related documentation issues:

      1. Update documented steps to deploy orchestrator operator onto a pre-existing RHDH instance
      2. Migrate documentation from https://github.com/parodos-dev/orchestrator-helm-chart to https://github.com/parodos-dev/orchestrator-helm-operator/
      3. Add steps to deploy the Orchestrator Operator and operand
