Description of the problem:

[Notifications] When viewing the 'Marked as read' filter the 'Mark selected as read' top bar button is present, the correct button should be the 'Return selected among unread'.

2. Create some notifications and marked them as read 

3. Filter to read notifications, notice that the 'Mark selected as read' button is present, it should match the button in the row below.
