Description of the problem:
The workflow completed notification in the case of issues in the report has a typo:

The notification title says "incidents in mandatory issues" but the notification text says "MTA analysis for <URL> completed with X incidents in mandatories issues".  It should say "mandatory".

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run MTA 7 with chart 0.2.31 on a repo with incidents.

Actual results: See above

Expected results: Text should say mandatory issues. This text should also be fixed in the workflow instance page at workflow completion. **
