Description of the problem: If the user wishes to access the report generated by the workflow, the only way to easily do so from the orchestrator UI is by clicking on the link in the generated notification, and downloading the generated file. Directly accessing the link to the report results in a 404 error:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run MTA 7 workflow using helm chart mta-v7-0.2.31

2. Click on the link to the report  in the mtaAnalysisResultURL field in the Variables section.

3. Click on the link in the notification.

Actual results: Only the link on the notification is accessible.

Expected results: 
The link to the report should be accessible in the workflow instance page as well. It should also be clearly indicated to the user that the report is downloadable at the provided link in the "Results" section.
